时间比对问题：限定时间范围的时间选择有问题 #85

你做的组件时间范围存在问题，如果把时间限定成14:00:00到19:00:00之间，则只能选择小时，由于分钟和秒都被设置成00，所以能填的最大值就是0，有这样设计的？时分秒分别比较，你这做的还真是轻松
