Trigger build gives "Building is disabled"

Error on Singularity Hub

Trying to trigger the build gives a very dry "Building is disabled" message

What do you think is going on?

i have no idea .. yesterday it worked

I'm going to re-open so hopefully other users see this issue (I keep getting new ones!) relevant ones are:

• Get error that building is disabled #237
• Building is disabled #236
• "Building is Disabled" even though it is enabled in Settings #239
• Beep Boop, Error! on clicking settings #240
• Clicking 'Trigger Build' displays message "Building is disabled" #241
