Option to announce switches in chat

It would be nice if players had the option to get their switches announced in chat - entirely for social reasons.

This could be a player command or server config - but a player command would likely suit best to avoid misuse (moderating switches outside of the log)

This could be tied in with giving players a 'system name' (presets overall nickname) that's also used for logs.

System name could potentially be used to override the player join/leave message. Maybe this should be an addon idk
