Worldedit doesn't worked in 1.20.40

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current behaviour

When right clicking or left clicking to wooden axe, it doesn't do anything and every other world edit command also didn't worked. It just typed in chat.

Expected behaviour

It should do normal world edit behavior like right clicking on an wooden axe would highlight a certain block in second position. Or every other command should either pop up an error message or do what the command is.
