Is there a content type or something that is set wrong for download pages Google Webmaster Tools is reporting them as pages with missing title tags

Maybe put a title="Download CIA #58" to the a href= link? No idea... But since it sends to a download page which redirects to a file download, as opposed to linking straight to the zipfile
> a href="/pack/cia58-b/download"
that might be the issue?
