默认折叠的块中代码块展开后不渲染行号 #4411

描述问题 Describe the problem

有个列表项，下面有代码块，当打开该笔记这个列表项默认是折叠时，手动将其展开后下面的代码块不会渲染行号。除非展开该列表项后重新大概该笔记，视频如下

期待的结果 Expected result

默认折叠的块展开时候能正常展示代码块行号。
