Can't annotate PDFs on the Ipad

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Can the issue be reproduced with the default theme (daylight/midnight)?

• I was able to reproduce the issue with the default theme

Could the issue be due to extensions?

• I've ruled out the possibility that the extension is causing the problem.

I'm trying to use Siyuan on the Ipad and I'm facing the following issues

• Can't annotate PDFs on the Ipad (only selects text)
• can't control the pdf window width or modify docs tabs

Expected result

ability to annotate PDFs with Apple pencil and finger

- Version:  v2.9.9 
- Operating System: Ipad (IPadOS 16)
- Browser (if used): Google Chrome

Note: I've tried both the Ipad version & the web version (shared from another laptop)
