Home row navigation keys for Dvorak or alternative layouts.

This is a request for the feature of selecting the home row-based navigation keys for alternative layouts. In USA standard layout, the home row is "ASDFGHJKL;", but this is not the case for all layouts. For example, in the Dvorak layout, the home row is "AOEUIDHTNS".

It would be handy if the user could specify alternative layouts, either through a simple configuration setting like let g:LustyJugglerLayout = dvorak, or by specifying a mapping somehow.
