ask from chief:

include GIS map which shows stations, equip caches, hydrants, water sources, helicopter LZs, airports, marine landing sites, etc.
create an insurance section?
link to latest ops reports (hard-link or add reference data to governance documents and then grab the latest and point to that url?)
