Using ckeditor as a field type yields errors

If you pass in ckeditor as the field type and no optional arguments, you get an error that field type must be < 4 chars long. If you pass it with optional arguments as specified in the docs, you get an exception stating:

dictionary update sequence element #1 has length 3; 2 is required
