What prevents us from switching to Python 3?

A little bit - just wxpython for sK1. Package python3-wx is available since Ubuntu bionic. So if we start porting we need dropping support for all older distros or we need providing portable bundle.

UC2 could be ported on py37.

SWord should be rewritten on gtk3 or wal.

Summary: after first public release we could start this job. Hope this summer.
