Protocol

1. Extract compound identifiers for DUD-E active and decoy sets.
2. Use the PubChem Identifier Exchange Service (PCIES) to match compound names to PubChem CIDs.
3. Use PubChem synonyms to identify CIDs for compounds not matched with PCIES.
