Documentation homepage redesign

The current homepage of the Skeleton doc site has served us well, but it's time to revisit and refresh this. General idea is this needs to be super informative and really showcase what Skeleton is all about. I've got a whole slew of ideas queued up for this, but as always I welcome feedback from any and all that wish to contribute.

Expect to see this post grow as I organize and prep.
