The fleet of the planets of the user of the userscript should be scraped and sent to the OLog instance.

The fleet data should get scraped from both the Fleet and Shipyard pages.

Additionally it would be nice to have caching support such that the fleet numbers of a specific planet would only get sent if it has changed since the last call.
