I have added/adjusted some things. Please have a look whether it is ok for you, @sroertgen . Furthermore, we should add a mention of the arctivle by Andreas et al. Something like I wrote to the reconciliation list:
In the Journal for Digital Legal History a tutorial was published that describes how to use SkoHub Vocabs plus skohub-reconcile for publication of a SKOS vocabulary and setting up and using a reconciliation endpoint:
