[BUG] readthedocs project seems broken

The readthedocs project seems broken - last visible update is 0.7.1 (January), and previous versions are not available since 0.2.0 (only stable and latest).

Reason is unclear, to be investigated.

This has no major impact since interfaces have been very stable for a while, still it should be fixed.

Hm, not sure.

The readthedocs project is owned by @RNKuhns who is no longer active - for diagnosing, I would have to log in.

I sent him a message to transfer the readthedocs project.
