Can't register for the contest even we enter the answer to the Eligibility Requirements question

Steps

Go to https://qa.arena.topcoder.com/#/a/home
Login as valid user
When the Registration phase is on (eg: In Arena 14.12 Release QA SRM 9)
Click Active Contests -> Arena 14.12 Release QA SRM 9 --> Register
Click Register
Enter : manaco to the Eligibility Requirements question
Click 'I Agree'

Expected Result

Must fix the Issue.

• Must able to registre to the contest

Actual Result

Can't register for the contest even we enter the answer to the Eligibility Requirements question
