Main window of !Ovation is not manageable

The main window of !Ovation does not respond do movement commands. Might just be that it doesn't handle open window request. First test will be to brute force it with direct wimp_open_window() call.

In addition, the pop-up dialogues look a bit odd, but I think that is due to their templates not expecting something like !TailWmpLt to come barging in and upset things, so probably nothing to do about that.
