Sure thing!

It should be very easy to add support for SQL server but I can't see if it works, it since I'm on Linux and I can't install SQL Server.

Use this file as a reference MySQLTablePage to create a SQLServerPage.php in same folder. You'll have to refer to the Doctrine Documentation to see how to add the connection for SQL Server.
