Context search with no results through Null pointer exception

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write "abcdefgh" in search form (or whathever witch not machts)
2. Search in Contextual Mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: a message informs not matching results
Result: a list of near words (Unsense) --> NULL POINTER EXCEPTION

If no result and contextual search --> return NOT FOUND!
