Let Column class delegate cell values

After many years of use it seems it's not comfortable enough if the Column class rely on model properties and methods only. It's difficult to pass any variable to methods too.

The business logic of YaatModelResource.get_rows() should be a part of Column, and there should be room to subclass the Column class in a way it could provide custom values.
