Missing "prebuilt" subfolder in Docker images for NVDLA third party accelerator #168

I am interested in generating a configuration using an NVDLA, however, when trying to download the mnist files according to the tutorial (https://www.esp.cs.columbia.edu/docs/thirdparty_acc/thirdparty_acc-guide/) I noticed both the centos7-full and ubuntu18-full docker images are missing the "prebuilt" directory in /esp/accelerators/third-party/NV_NVDLA/sw/ (see below)

Am I missing a step or is this a known issue/difference with the main repository?
