SessionStateSensor works wrong on one PC

Hello folks,

For some reason on one of my PC SessionStateSensor shows some BS. Even when PC is unlocked all the time sensor shows it's unlocked (InUse) for exactly 4 minutes, than for another 12 minutes it shows that it's locked and then for another 4 minutes it shows unlocked and so on.

Since this is company laptop I couldn't install it using setup.exe because Windows Smart Screen is blocking it so I used stand-alone version. Maybe this has something to do with it. I don't know. On few other PCs I own there's no such problem.

Does anyone has any idea what might be causing this?

EDIT: I Actually have installed version. I've managed to install it somehow some time ago. Another thing which I just remembered. It was working fine on this PC on different Windows user. Once I switched to yet another Windows user and started to run the HASS service on that second user this issue occured. For me it doesn't make any sense.
