Web Search Queries all have same date #1645

Using Autopsy 3.1.3 on a Windows 7 (64) machine. Observed that pretty much all the data is either reporting no date and time or the date and time is wrong. For example all the Web Searches have a 2011 date and one of the searches is for Caitlyn Jenner :-) he was Bruce in 2011 :-)
