I created stupid object just for fun. Arrow with inclined hole inside. I expect peripherals all the way inside hole, but from layer 10-34 there are missing peripherals inside.
In some layers there are no inside peripherals at all, in some there are just one in some there are 3 as expected.
Final print is partialy failed.
Slicer1.1.1
Please see the attachments. Unfortunately Im not alowed to upload gcode or stl... let me know if you want it and I will send it by email...

This sounds like #1950, which was apparently fixed in 1.1.2

Your model is of bad quality and Slic3r reports auto repair of 79 errors before being able to slice.
However your missing perimeters are probably a recognized limitation of ver 1.1.1 windows version and you should upgrade to ver 1.1.2 or use the stable version 1.01 which of neither show this error in slicing your object.

Thanks. It helps, I regenerated it in 1.1.2 and peripherals are there.
I know about 79 errors but it shows any time I made some object in Sketchup (Sketchup sais no errors - solid object) as well when downloaded from thingiverse so I ignore that.
Do you have any idea how to fix those 79 errors and where are the errors in object?
Thanks

Thank you @justmyopinion.

As long as the 3D preview in Slic3r looks okay, it means the automatic repair worked well. But otherwise, objects need to be repaired in advance. Netfabb Studio Basic is a good way to see errors in model: clicking on the "+" red button it will highlight holes in yellow and reversed faces in red.
