Change temperature with modifier and/or per layer

Modifiers makes it possible to change various parameters locally on a print but surprisingly not the temperature.

It seems that printing with a higher temperature gives better layer cohesion but the small surface layers come out uglier. It would be nice to have some control on the temperature with the modifier and the layer features.
