Slic3r V1.3.1-dev

This is basically the same bug as in issue #3261 and 3262, but the cause seems to be related to a different setting in Print Settings->Speed. If I select 'auto' for 'top solid', it will generate a GCode file with 0 speed moves (G1 F0). Changing 'top solid' to 80 % changes the output to normal speed.
Sliced with a call from Repetier Host, if that matters.
The usual print time is 2m 33s, when it fails, it shows 34m 33s.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Print Settings->Speed
  2. Click on 'top solid'. Set top solid to auto (or 0)
  3. Slice the attached STL file
  4. See last (top) layer for instannces of 'G1 F0'

Is someone going to do something about the underlying cause of this? It's not just top solid fill - perimeters are affected as well. Autospeed mode is useless if thin walls is enabled.
