Convert ComputationalGridGenerator from extension to module #49

Currently, to load ComputationalGridGenerator use the path:

https://github.com/SlicerCBM/SlicerCBM/tree/master/ComputationalGridGenerator/ComputationalGridGenerator

but it should be:

https://github.com/SlicerCBM/SlicerCBM/tree/master/ComputationalGridGenerator

Also, delete these files:
