Update to latest comtypes package to prevent crash during application shutdown #12

Once a new comtypes release is available that contains enthought/comtypes#215 - anything newer than 1.1.7 then we should update to that.

It will then be possible to unregister comtypes._shutdown from atexit and call comtypes._shutdown in the Slicer module widget cleanup method instead (that is called at application shutdown).
