Dear MYNT,
Hope this email finds you well.
Our engineering team is trying to utilize the SDK to create a ROS wrapper to use in our application.
We ordered six MYNT eye s 1030 non lidar. After installing the Mynt eye tool and observing the identified devices, we noticed different firmware versions through each camera. The documentation noted that the latest version for the S1030 is 2.7 and the latest provided version through the downloads of the google drive links.
Scenario 1:
4 devices identify as S1040 with a firmware version of 3.0. I tried to update the firmware for the S1030 2.7 firmware, it succeeded to be S1040 2.7 firmware. I left one of them at the 3.0 version just in case. Is it safe for you to revert back or do you want the 3.0 back on the other 2 devices. Please advise on how to proceed forward with the firmware update or with fine tuning for the SDK work with the ROS wrapper. The msg listed is the firmware not supported getting device info, you could upgrade to latest firmware.
Scenario 2
2 devices identify as S1030 with a firmware version of 2.5. Updated to 2.7 is not an issue, but proceeding with the SDK provides the same msg of firmware not supported.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
Mohammed
