When enable subword-mode, subword-backward-kill is not work correct, it behavior same as original backward-kill-word.

I'm unable to reproduce this with slim-mode 1.1

When exist this word:
aaa_bbb_ccc|

I run command subword-backward-kill at |, it will kill aaa_bbb_ccc,
the same as subword-backword, it move point before aaa,
but in ruby-mode, it move point to before ccc
