On Mac this is how the app renders:

On the next page of the tutorial @https://slint-ui.com/releases/1.0.0/docs/tutorial/rust/creating_the_tiles_from_rust.html there are error messages for get_memory_tiles and set_memory_tiles:
associated function get_memory_tiles is private
