Describe the bug
Every time I go to the plugin settings and click "Upload album covers", covers do not upload and the next time I open the settings window it shows as disabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to plugin settings
  2. Enable "Upload album covers"
  3. Save and exit plugin settings, then reopen
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The setting should stay enabled and album covers should upload.

Additional context
Uploader health displays as true.
