Form helper creates hidden input fields in arbitrary places making the front end frameworks to work incorrectly.

E.g http://hastebin.com/foqedabayi.xml. creates a radio button keeping hidden input fields in 'btn' http://jsfiddle.net/kishon/f2UvK/ .This causes one of the radio buttons not to be deselected at all.

From the discussions in IRC, looks grouping all the hidden fields next to form-create is the solution.
