New parameter for errors in panning foreach

Add a parameter to the functions for foreach allowing a user to specify input.

error_handle = 'stop'

In foreach loop:

.errorhandling=error_handle

Add parameter documentation for roxygen2 using:

@param error_handle By default, the program will stop. To obtain results use either \code{'pass'} or \code{'remove'}
