Þetta er góð visualization aðferð og/eða mæliaðferð: að bera saman fjölda víxlanna milli kjördæma með jöfnunarmönnum samanborið við það hvernig það væri ef kjördæmin hefðu enga jöfnunarmenn (en jafn mörg sæti í heild).
