Currently, when you assign a merge-request to marge bot, you get no confirmation that marge bot will pick it up.

That means that if marge bot would not be running anymore, you wouldn't notice until you think to check on your merge requests some time later, and seeing that they're not merged.

Is there a way to let marge-bot notify the user that "She is on it" ?
