Sandbox password reset email blocked due to Spamhaus blacklisting

The reason for ending on the Smaphaus PBL (policy block list) is that some other IPs in our IP range have been found to be used for spamming (a common occurrence on Rackspace). I submitted a removal request, which processes successfully, but it could spring back in a while. Best course of action would be to monitor our "reputation" through the following URLs:
