Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

SpoolManager has a /startPrintConfirmed API endpoint that applies temperature offsets before a print begins. This is normally called in JS as the print button is clicked, but isn't called by CPQ currently.

Describe the solution you'd like

Call the endpoint when starting a print so temperature offsets are correctly applied.
