Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

I have a few 3d printers here. I installed 1.10.0 in one of them, and I still have 1.9.3 in the others.
File drag and drop does not work at all in Safari for octoprint 1.10.0 but works OK for 1.9.3.
File upload using the upload button works fine for the two versions.
Everything works fine for the two versions in Chrome.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the Safari browser
  2. Open the octopi.local link
  3. Try to drag and drop a *.gcode file
  4. There is no change/response in the user interface
  5. If I try to upload the same file using the Upload button, file uploads and can be printed.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I expected the drag and drop feature to continue working in this version.

Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

It is difficult to capture a screenshot when I am trying to drop a file onto the GUI. I think that the description above explains the problem well.
