This issue follows the activities on the adaptation of the ME into a basic SO3 Container.

The goal is to be able to perform the following tasks from Portainer Server:

Retrieving status/info on the SO3 Containers
SO3 Container deployment/injection
SO3 Container start/stop/restart
SO3 Container termination / kill
