MegaSearch: add an option to combine search terms by logical AND instead of OR

Now: get all terms of whole search phrase and OR-combine them.
Then: OR-combine terms of single words and then OR- (default) or AND-combine them depending on option.
The latter means the more words the search phrase contains, the fewer hits are generated.
