Learn how to fit a linear regression model in R and produce a summary of the model. We will learn to use the lm() and summary() commands, and will plot data and linear models. We'll meet on Friday, June 17 in B53 ERB 2535 from 1:30 to 2:30pm.

Bring a laptop with R and RStudio installed. Beginners welcome. This is a repeat of an earlier offering so that summer students can attend.

This is a great session for finding relationships between variables. We'll also look at the perils and pitfalls of linear models. Linear models are easy to create, but beware! They need careful interpretation.
