Main code for a system that records raw SDI video as H264-encoded clips with subtitles. Developed primarily for use in ROV Jason operations. The encoders are Hauppauge Colossus PCI cards, capable of capturing up to 1080i HDMI video. Subtitles information from UDP broadcasts on JasonNet.
