RabbitMQ not allowing bind IP

Hi

I am trying to run RabbitMQ as a standalone docker container to which other containers (which are running in their own docker-compose) will try to connect

Hence was trying to enable the Remote IP biding, by complete replacement the config templ file, but of no luck

Getting connection refused error

Can you please help me to know what i am missing here

Do you have a docker compose file I can review?
