Breaks mix compile and code reloading when credo not present #8

If this is used while editing a project that does not have credo as a dependency, both code reloading and running mix compile fail.

Not sure why this is happening, as the modified time on files seems to still get changed.

Hi, thanks for reporting this, it's the second report regarding this but the other person could not find the root cause either:/ please let me know if you found any more about this as I cannot seem to reproduce this myself :/

Same thing here, was wondering why code reloading didn't work, disabled this plugin and everything was working correctly after that

I can confirm this is an issue. I checked this thread first: phoenixframework/phoenix#1165
That package does not interfere with this one, but I can confirm that code-reloading does not work unless added to my project mix.
