gfdl_vortex_tracking_python

Based on the GFDL vortex tracking algorithm to locate tropical cyclone. No need to covert wrf output to grib. 基于GFDL vortex tracking 算法追踪热带气旋，不再需要将wrf输出结果转格式再用GFDL的app了。
