Allow to pass commit message when bumping version

It would be good to supply some special commit message when 'npm version' command bumps the project version, like the maven release plugin does. Or, perhaps, just make the message customizable. That would allow to configure continuous integration servers to ignore commits from 'grunt maven:release' execution.
