🐛 Describe the bug

Dragging and resizing doesnt work after zooming in to a certain level

⚠️ Current behavior

✅ Expected behavior

It should allow to drag and resize at any zoom level

💣 Steps to reproduce

add the circle to map
slowly zoom in one step at a time and keep hovering on sides
at some point the resize arrow will become normal hand arrow
then resizing doesnt work
