Description of the problem

Despite installing to a system-wide location (%ProgramFiles%), the MSI package does not have the ALLUSERS property set. This makes it impossible to uninstall SML from the system if you are running as a different user than the one who installed the software.
A workaround is to add the property manually on the command line (msiexec /i ….msi ALLUSERS=1)
